Very suggestive poem. Elusive threads of heartache, longing, and desire are finely threaded in the imagery and the rhythms of the poem. A real pleasure to read.

I found this quite quite beautiful and atmospheric. Like the other comments the phrase “put your burning in my bones” is extraordinarily evocative. Thank you for sharing.
