it’s just another night
they go home by taxi
i go the other way
the driver looks at me
he asks where to stop
but i stay silent
it’s just another night
they go home by taxi
i go from myself
and now my only thought
that i’m short of money
for such a lifelong ride

You’re a star, Tati and I’m sure God will make sure you get everything you need. That’s what people always say to me but without the “star” part! 😅

Tony,
Good to know there is a good journey ahead even when the ride seems so uncertain.
Thanks,
Gary

And it’s always uncertain, I feel.

You never know what a day may bring. For me that’s a little faith that there is a good plan in place even when I don’t see it.

Such is life. But walking is good for health.

The cabbie’s “where to, buddy?” is a metaphysical question, a crisis-point. Where to, indeed?
So I just take Uber. If I don’t know where I’m going, the car doesn’t show.

I’m hearing Uber’s pretty much the answer for everything these days! 😛
