  1. We too will celebrate Easter on the 18th. Not with coque au vin, but with eggs benedict for breakfast and a rack of Yorkshire Spring lamb for dinner (though Petronela will not eat lamb so roast pork for her). Everything else traditional Romanian Easter food!
