POWERFUL! This morning I saw the news clip of the Ukranian woman handing the seeds to the soldier. The ordinary people are showing incredible courage standing up to the Russian soldiers led by a maniac. I pray that the Russian people stop listening to the lies, hear the truth and take Putin down…As an artist, writer and citizen of the world, I stand with Ukraine!

Pretty sure that lady who handed those sunflower seeds to a Russian soldier had a similar train of thought. You’ve captured it perfectly, in the exact combination of melancholy and tranquil it warrants.
