I’ve not seen it in many, many years. My understanding was that it was difficult to track down copies. I’ll have go investigate..

It was certainly his irreverent personality that appealed to a young lad like me, and well into adulthood. It’s something we’d all do well to cultivate a little of, I’m thinking.
