  9. I’ve been worried for awhile about what’s been going on in the Ukraine. Your Shadorma reminded me of The Fire Theft’s song “Chain” my friend.

    I see you tagged your post with “Duty”, and I don’t think any of us can fully understand what that means, but the individual. The friend in me wants to say flee, but the friend in me also knows, as I said, that I couldn’t possibly understand what it means to uproot one’s life and leave life as you’ve known it behind.

      I like the band you shared, they remind me of the English band called The Strokes!

      I found and listened to The Strokes, Under Cover Of Darkness and Reptilia. Cool band!
      And you’re right, timbres are similar, and styles are close!
      By the way, a cute nuance. A front-man of the band ‘Okean Elzy’ (the video that I shared with you) has a defect of the speech, burr… and it adds definite charm his singing!

    • Cool! A band I shared with Tony recently, that I may have shared with you before, named Modest Mouse… It’s said the front-man of that band has the same problem, but it’s one of my favorite bands. The sound of the singer’s voice is so interesting!

    • I’m not totally sure, it might just be a rumor. I heard he has a lisp or a stammer. There is speech therapy for those kinds of things though, and they can be overcome! I’ll email you now about our collaboration! Hopefully you haven’t already gone to bed!
