This is a beautiful poem – I absolutely love the imagery of the poor doll tossed haphazardly into the rubbish. The last line is especially gorgeous, I must say. Thank you so much for sharing. 🙂 x

I love it when people talk about blue moons, it’s a trigger phrase for me! I was born on the last night of summer in Ulm Germany, in 1986, just when a blue moon of the season was starting to wane. I’ve looked into blue moons, and there are several kinds, like when there’s 2 in a month, 4 in a season, or 13 in a year. The common understanding of it is just referring to a rare event, hence the phrase “once in a blue moon” though.
The recent post of mine you commented on was actually referring to blue moons, as Clair De Lune is french for moonlight. Not trying to teach, just sharing my obsession with the color blue, moons, and blue moons to make the point clearer, when I say…
I love your poem! It seems you, Pepper and I are similar minded creatives! I’m glad you subscribed, and I subscribed back unbolt!
Your poem reminded me of the rag doll girl in Thousand Foot Krutch’s music video “Falls Apart”, especially your first two lines, as the rag girl falls apart in the video, and gets what looks like saw dust all over the place, that would need to be swept up into a dustbin. I don’t know what your music style is, but you may at least enjoy the imagery!

Wow, what a great story!
I didn’t know about this astronomical phenomenon before… and I just read an article in Wikipedia 🙂 Thank you!
“once in a blue moon” has Russian equivalent ‘after Thursday’s rain’ :)))
Ask Pepper… she knows 😉
Huh… It looks like I pulled a blue trigger… and hit the target 🙂
Thank you, an amazing comment and an amazing video!
I really enjoyed! I like such a style, you hit it right 🙂
Thank you for your compliments. I’m really happy to join your crazy company :)) And you can teach me… no problem. If you become boring, I always can pretend that I don’t speak English :)))
Hey! Just kidding! You can’t be boring… or can be boring… Sorry! I don’t speak English!
OK! Thank you again! I’m glad to meet you, Cyan Ryan!

My dearest Reva!
I’m so sorry that you feel sad… Sorry…
We can draw a smile on the lips sometimes… but we can’t draw it on the heart. It looks like I digress from our amazing game ‘I smile – you smile’.
But our sadness can be light like a cloud. It can cover light, but can’t extinguish it!
Smile, Reva! Bring light 🙂
Your Tia.

Wow! your message has literally got the bright light back. Now the eyes are brimming with brightness…………………gradually descending on my lips………….Now the smile buds got triggered…. I’m all smiles. :):) Bang on…….in game.
Honestly Tia………..you have given me a great message in your reply. Love @ But our sadness can be light like a cloud. It can cover light, but can’t extinguish it!. I should imbibe this. Even in the darkness, the smile on my lips should guide me with its bright light. Thank you for a beautiful message, Tia. Hugs and chocolates your way. Love you. 🙂

Hugs and chocolates your way :)))) Wow! I don’t mind a little walk! No! I don’t mind a big and endless walk!
Thank you, Reva, my beautiful Reva!
I love you…
Something flinched in my icy heart…
I remember a quote, Bob Marley said:
You say you love rain, but you use an umbrella to walk under it.
You say you love sun, but you seek shelter when it is shining.
You say you love wind, but when it comes, you close your window.
So that’s why I’m scared when you say you love me.
What do you think of it?

Aww Tia……………my dearest. I honestly do not mind walking with you on a an endless path. Let me tell you a secret. I do not have a mind to mind. 😦 First off……i really love the quote… so intense. Secondly, it is Bob Marley who is scared. Where do I stand? Let him do his thinking. If Reva is saying “Love you” means love you……it s a no harm thought. Are you Bob Marley or Tia? If you are the former….be scared. If the latter then do dare. What do you think?

Yes… I’m Tia, not Bob :))
I’m dark and light, I can laugh and cry, I can creep and fly.
I’m alive and I’m not an ideal.
But I believe in the fairy tales.
It’s my best trait 🙂

Good to know that I was talking to Tia all these days. I too love fairy tales. Be the fairy but do not become a tale. By the way………….the Voodoo was wonderful. Watched it thrice. I got a profound meaning in that. Thanks for the share. 🙂

Dearest Hatter, this is marvelous, very emotional, beautiful imagery captured. Sadly, does it not happen to all of us? I hope you enjoyed your Sunday, and now it’s Monday already for you, please have a wonderful week.

I’m happy that my modest works can give you pleasure! I know that you’re a very visual person. I’m glad that you liked the paints on my verse-palette 🙂
Does it not happen to all of us? Yes… It happens always.
Is it sadly? I don’t know.
Have a beautiful week!
Your rag-Hatter.

These are not modest words at all, we have discussed how powerful short verse can be. I believe often much stronger, than long and rambling nonsense. Yes, you are correct, I see all words as images, and this is a very beautiful film in my mind, actually bittersweet. Thank you for sharing your word-painting, I love it! Enjoy your evening, and the rest of the week!
Yours,
