‘To open or unfasten by withdrawing a bolt.’ (Merriam-Webster)
Why ‘unbolt’?
Like introverts everywhere we prefer to sit inside our dark private sheds. And while we may prefer to hide our writings inside big wooden chests – behind bolt and bar – the time comes when those chests overflow. It’s time to unbolt, to open the chests. It’s time to show what is hidden.
You probably won’t find here brightly colored pictures, hit songs, etc. We want to keep a focus on the texts. We want to give absolute freedom for your inner vision because we trust you completely, dear Readers.
We want to create an adventure for you. There are no dead-ends or wrong turns. Every click is teleportation, a turn of the key and another open door for you. We call upon you to not be shy! You can touch, click and explore every nook here!
We also recommend that you pay attention to the comments. Sometimes a discussion below the main post is no less interesting than the post itself. We promise that you’ll find verses and prose there, brightly colored pictures, hit songs, etc. Our dearest Writers and Readers are always creative!
Okay… enough of the introduction. Are you ready for your first click?
(A tip for those who don’t like the Brownian motion and prefer to go according to a more accurate plan.) The menu with Categories is hidden to the left under the small striped square. It’s a pretty handy way to navigate here.

Ok, so you liked something I wrote, *exhaled* and you know what you’re my first liker I mean, I never had one. So you might probably be the only one. So let me thank you for that. 🙂 Once I visited your blog, I was surprised, I mean wow you’re like something huge in poetry, writing etc. one heck of a writer. And when you liked my recent post I was like, Sh*t (sorry for the word) what makes it so likable, I’m always conscious about what I write and when someone like you hit the like button I feel like I’m gonna explode with humiliation because you know, you’re like a veteran on this. So again my gosh thank you, I don’t even know if what I write is good, because my blog is pretty much exclusive for my eyes only. So now I’m following you and again this is the first time I’ve ever followed someone’s blog.:) I wish to learn more about writing from you. Especially POETRY, I’m so bad at it. Again thank you. 🙂

Nikki, you can use whatever words you like. You’re among friends here! And just as you’ll learn about writing from us, so too will we from you. We’re all in this together, learning from one another, and that’s a beautiful thing! 🙂

I find your no nonsense POV a breath of fresh air. As for “four letter words”, I don’t believe there’s one I have not seen… and used. Considering the far greater obscenities playing out upon our world stage, we need every cuss word imaginable… we may even need to invent some new ones. The only reason I keep my blogs and comments family friendly is to attract as many followers as possible. That’s not easy when many folks consider me to be a Leftie Leper. But enough about me. I plan to follow your blog. I haven’t had time to check out all you’re doing… but from what little I have seen…keep up the good work.
